Bless you, Austin. You are right, I should have spoken sooner. I am sorry to have added to your distress in a very trying time. Of course, this time has been trying to me, as well.

I will write a testimonial to your mother this evening and send it. I will write more when I can. You never fail to amaze me, Austin. I was truly afraid I might never hear from you again. And then I received your warm reply. Again, I would say please forgive me, but I feel you already have.

An embrace,

Lyn

Subject: a far off sun

To: Austin Nissan <austin.Nissan@earthlink.net>

Dear Austin-

First, the testimonial. I hope you think this is all right. If there is something you would like changed or altered, just let me know. I will write you an email after I send this.

I only knew Sharon through emails and pictures sent to me by her son, Austin.

Her first message to me was to give me her blessing. Then she encouraged

Austin to write me, and praised me warmly, out of her instincts and the generosity of her heart.

There are people we know before we meet, people we like or even love before we have ever seen their faces. Sharon Nissan was such a person for me.

I feel her warm presence in my life like a far off sun. She will always be for me the good, wise friend I never met.

all best wishes,

Lyn
