Oh, dearest

I just spoke with my friend, another poet, and he understands this, us, you. But you probably have no mind for that- I wonder if you are not bowed down now with circumstance and grief. I hope we can be together soon, and be together. I miss you. I wish I could hug you and kiss you and call you endearments- anything to help you get through this dark time. a long and gentle embrace, dear one. Please write when you can, even if it is only a few words.

I am worried now, but for you, only for you, only wanting to comfort, only wanting to help.

"Poetry heals the wounds inflicted by reason.”— Czeslaw Milosz.

Be strong... Be safe... Come back when you can.

Love, Lyn
